Process Flow:

1. Pulping

Raw materials (bagasse pulp board, wood pulp, recycled paper, etc.) are crushed, diluted, and homogenized using:

• Hydrapulper

• Pulp pump

• Agitator

• White-water recycling system

2. Forming

The slurry enters the forming system where vacuum suction shapes the wet fiber onto the metal mold.

3. Optional Drying

Depending on your needs:

• Independent drying oven

• Independent drying line

• Or air drying (for thick/low-precision trays)

4. Optional Hot-Pressing

For premium products such as:

• Tableware

• Cosmetic trays

• Mobile phone insert trays

Hot pressing improves surface smoothness, strength, and dimensional accuracy.

1. Can the machine be customized?

Yes. SHM can customize voltage, frequency, mold size, air compressor connection, machine dimensions, and additional modules.

2. Is the water recycled?

Yes. The entire water system is fully recycled. Only equipment cleaning requires a small discharge.

3. What is the maximum product height?

Standard sample products are around 10 cm, and we can try 12–18 cm depending on mold design.

4. What raw materials are recommended?

• Egg trays / nursery pots: recycled paper, cardboard

• Premium items (tableware, cosmetic trays): bagasse pulp, wood pulp, bamboo pulp, mixed pulp

• SHM offers integrated hot-press or standalone hot-press machines for premium production

5. Can raw sugarcane bagasse be used directly?

No. Sugarcane residue must be processed into pulp board by a paper-making process before use.
